The online programme supports those who are already connected with Zen River in continuing their practice from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a way to remain part of the sangha, to sit and study together, and to receive guidance, even when you cannot be at the temple in person.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A Physical Practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Beginning at Zen River<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Zen River, we approach Zen practice as highly physical and a communal effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As such, the online programme is meant to help participants to practise at home what they have learned at Zen River, and is not seen as an independent approach in itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are new to Zen River, and especially if you live in the Netherlands, we encourage you to experience the temple in person first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every three months, we send an updated e-mail to the Online Members with all the links and information needed to fully participate in the online programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you become a member, you are welcome to join any of the online events. The contribution is \u20ac25 per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
