The Rhythm of Daily Practice

Everyday Life

The steady rhythm of meditation, work and classes aims to integrate Zen practice into the fabric of everyday life.

From learning ceremonial positions to getting to know what happens behind the scenes, participants have the opportunity to discover the details of residential Zen life.

Since we are not in strict silence, there is also more opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners.
