The Rhythm of Daily Practice

Everyday Life

The training programme of meditation, work, ritual and social interaction aims to integrate Zen practice into the fabric of everyday life.

From learning ceremonial positions to getting to know what happens behind the scenes, during our daily programme, participants have the opportunity to discover the details of residential Zen life.

Since there is no strict silence, there is also more opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners.
